Method
- Combine ingredients - In a large jar or airtight container, combine the thawed berries, rolled oats, plant-based milk, and salt.
- Mix thoroughly - Mix all ingredients well until thoroughly combined. Make sure oats are evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate overnight - Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours to allow oats to soften and absorb liquid.
- Serve and enjoy - Enjoy cold straight from the fridge, or warm on the stovetop with additional liquid if preferred. Add optional toppings like fresh berries, nuts, or a drizzle of honey.
