Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces frozen mixed berries, thawed (about 450g)
  • cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup plant-based milk almond, oat, or coconut
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Method
 

  1. Combine ingredients - In a large jar or airtight container, combine the thawed berries, rolled oats, plant-based milk, and salt.
  2. Mix thoroughly - Mix all ingredients well until thoroughly combined. Make sure oats are evenly distributed.
  3. Refrigerate overnight - Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours to allow oats to soften and absorb liquid.
  4. Serve and enjoy - Enjoy cold straight from the fridge, or warm on the stovetop with additional liquid if preferred. Add optional toppings like fresh berries, nuts, or a drizzle of honey.
