Method
- Wash and core the apple. Cut into 8-10 even wedges, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each apple wedge using a knife or small spoon.
- Sprinkle granola over the peanut butter and gently press it down to help it stick.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
