Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Honeycrisp apple
  • 2-3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and core the apple. Cut into 8-10 even wedges, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each apple wedge using a knife or small spoon.
  3. Sprinkle granola over the peanut butter and gently press it down to help it stick.
  4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
