Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups 180 g Pillsbury Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 large egg or vegan substitute
  • 1 1/4 cups 300 ml almond, oat, cashew, or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional

Method
 

  1. Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Whisk egg, milk, oil, vanilla, and vinegar.
  3. Combine wet into dry; mix gently and rest 5–10 minutes.
  4. Cook 1/4-cup scoops on a greased nonstick pan over medium-low until bubbling; flip and finish.
  5. Serve warm with toppings.
