Method
- Make the crust: Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and salt. Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 pan.
- Prepare pudding: Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until smooth and thickened. Pour over crust.
- Make cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in 1 container of whipped topping. Spread over pudding layer.
- Top it off: Spread remaining whipped topping over cream cheese layer.
- Chill: Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
