Ingredients
  

For the Crust:
  • 2 sleeves graham crackers crushed fine
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Pinch of salt
For the Layers:
  • 2 3.9 oz packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 8 oz containers whipped topping, divided

Method
 

  1. Make the crust: Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and salt. Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 pan.
  2. Prepare pudding: Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until smooth and thickened. Pour over crust.
  3. Make cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in 1 container of whipped topping. Spread over pudding layer.
  4. Top it off: Spread remaining whipped topping over cream cheese layer.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
